![]() ![]() × Conduct training to both hourly and salaried personnel. × Establish, write and communicate programs and policies to comply with regulatory programs. × Maintain required documents in a concise, thorough “audit-ready” manner. × Work with local, state, and federal regulatory agencies to obtain and maintain permits with a focus on air and chemical compliance. × Assist with Title V permitting activities (NSPS, NESHAP, PSD, Construction). × Prepare a variety of regulatory reports which include data collection, calculations, accurate recordkeeping and an adherence to regulatory deadlines, such as: Title V, Subpart MM, Subpart S, Boiler MACT, CEMS, COMS, NCG venting, condensates, emissions stack testing, RATA, LDAR, RICE MACT, Emissions Inventory, GHG, SARA 311-313, TSCA, CERCLA. × Knowledgeable in reporting and training associated with permits and regulations, primarily Title V, GHG, EPCRA, CERCLA and TSCA. × Manage day-to-day air compliance operations and optimization. The Environmental Engineer is responsible for assisting the Environmental Manager to ensure that environmental compliance is maintained at a large, fully integrated Kraft pulp mill.
